Verdict

Innocently has a penalty for last week's win at Ripon and was only sixth behind Meadway at York previously. Kommander Kirkup was found a soft maiden here at the start of the month and has more on his plate on his handicap debut. Michael Dods also runs ONE BOY and it's the latter who makes most appeal on his latest short-head second to Thatcherite at Beverley with Connor Beasley's claim likely to be significant again. Course and distance winner Zac Brown is eased in grade and could be a danger but Skye's The Limit has become disappointing, as have Oriental Relation and Mr Dandy Man.
