        Verdict

        Johnny B Goode has 4lb to find with AUSSIE RULER according to the handicapper and, though better drawn, may struggle to overturn that deficit despite an improved showing over 6f here last time. Ron Harris' raider ran a cracker in a class 2 maiden at Goodwood last month and that's easily the best form on offer in this. He's the one to beat if handling a drop back down to the minimum. Lady Atlas might have the greatest scope of the remainder but she'll need to improve on her introduction at Nottingham where she finished last.
