Verdict

GENERAL BUNCHING is now rated 64 on the all-weather after his victory at Dundalk and can race here from a 10lb lower mark as he's won just once on Turf. He wouldn't want much more rain but can take this as long as conditions aren't too testing. Roisin Dubh ran poorly over timber at Galway but had been going well earlier and is respected with Pat Smullen booked while Feisty Champion would be a threat if ready after a long break. Hatch Hall hasn't had too much experience and is well enough weighted while House Limit has been running well enough over timber to be considered.
