Society Music, Esoterica and Mystical Ayr are the three to look at here and preference is for Mystical Ayr. Esoterica lost his maiden tag at Musselburgh in June and has run with credit since. He is in good form and has to be on any shortlist. A dual winner last year, Society Music ran well at Beverley last time. She hasnt won for a year, but handles give in the ground and cannot be ruled out in a wide open race. Lynda Perratt's Mystical Ayr won twice at Ayr last season when there was plenty of cut underfoot and has been given a mid season break, no doubt waiting for better ground. She receives weight all round here and is well drawn. Mystical Ayr can show them the way home.
