Verdict

Treasulier should make a bold bid but preference is for LAVENOAK LAD whilst Makin A Fuss is worth monitoring on his chase bow. The last named is bred to make a chaser and it would be no surprise to see him show up well on his debut over the larger obstacles if the market gives out the right signals. Lavenoak Lad was still in contention when falling at this track on his reappearance but he had won well in June on his penultimate start and looks to have more to offer under these conditions. Treasulier has regularly made the frame in similar contests but struggles to get his head in front and looks vulnerable once again although he may well pick up some more prize money. Sir Winston doesn't have too many miles on the clock and can't be ignored whilst Gunship has enough form in the book to make him of interest on his return to racing under Rules and could go well but Lavenoak Lad is fancied to make up for his untimely departure last time.
