Bunratty Castle is a more than useful hurdler but promises to be even better over the larger obstacles on the evidence to date and earns a confident TEAMtalk vote. The Paul Nicholls-trained gelding showed a consistent level of form against useful opposition in novice events last term including a fine third in a class B event at Ascot when last seen out in April. The son of Supreme Leader faces nothing of that calibre here and should collect before going on to face better company. Banjo Hill is a most experienced sort but is thoroughly exposed and his overall form falls short of what is required so Rainbow Dance, who will appreciate this ground and has taken well to fences, may prove the main danger.
