A number of the regulars on view and BALLYCROY BOY is the marginally favoured selection ahead of Tri Chara and Owed. Seven furlongs might just have stretched his stamina last time but he is in good heart and is clearly better than the plating class he scored in the other day. Tri Chara is another to have been running consistently though is unproven over the trip. Owed is always dangerous if getting a prominent pitch early. He was entitled to need his first run back and has now dropped down the weights. Cape Of Storms wins in his turn but it hasn't been that for a while. Soto is watched in the market as his yard are sending out winners. Kingsmaite is now a plating class performer though ran one of his best races for some time last week. Lieutenant Pigeon has struggled at Lingfield but as a son of Captain Rio, there is a fair chance that he'll perform better on the fibresand. Princess Charlemane still searches for her maiden success. The maiden in which she finished second was a desperate affair. Hamaasy was the subject of strong support on his latest visit but the computer has down few favours as far as the draw is concerned. Garstang makes his first run for John Balding having left Peter Grayson. Ballycroy Boy appears best.
