AHLAWY can take this at the main expense of Torch of Freedom and Kildare Sun. The selection ran well enough here last time but he is much better over this sort of trip. In fact he has won his last two starts over this course and distance and in this grade he should prove tough to beat. Torch of Freedom won well in this grade at Kempton last time and he remains open to further improvement. He shapes as though he could be worth a try over even further, but nonetheless he is entitled to be thereabouts at the finish. Kildare Sun wasn't beaten far when dropped into this grade last time out, and the form has since been given a boost so it will be interesting to see if he can build on that today. Bajan Pride disappointed over hurdles last time and prior to that he had been well beaten here, although this is a drop in class. There are plenty in with chances here and the vote is given to Ahlawy.
