    Verdict

    A small field and with the exception of Zuwaar the other three look closely matched. DOUBNOV has turned things around lately and, as he is best-treated at the weights, it seems silly to desert him. Ian Williams' gelding used to a look a little reluctant to put his head in-front where it mattered but he has dispelled that theory with two gutsy wins. He showed last time that this surface holds no fears and this trip shouldn't either so he is taken to oblige. Resplendent Ace is holding his form well and he looks a player, although he is worse off at the weights today than when losing out to the selection in a tight finish here last week. Zuwaar has several pounds to find on official ratings and his two most recent runs have been poor. However if he were to reproduce his second to Satwa Gold in January then he would be no back number. However of more interest looks to be Boundless Prospect. This course regular must be an in-running punter's dream as he always seems to be off the bridle but he is game and gutsy and off his light-weight he is expected to run well with proven stamina an asset he holds. A cracking little claimer, with marginal preference for Doubnov.
