Trainer Ian Williams is in good form and DANETIME PANTHER can provide him with another winner; Persian Warrior and Ovthenight look the main dangers. The selection was an easy winner at Worcester last time out when he beat Civil Servant. He has more on his plate here but he won with plenty in hand last time and he looks worth sticking with over this slightly longer trip that will suit. Perisan Warrior is another that scored when last seen out and although his long term future may lie over the bigger obstacles, he should be capable of getting competitive again today for a young rider that gets a decent tune out of him. Ovthenight won on his handicap debut in this sphere last time out and his overall form over hurdles makes him a leading player here. He was all-out to score last time but there may be more to come and if he can improve then he could be good enough to trouble the judge. Eddie Dowling won a claiming hurdle at Perth back in May but he has since been a bit disappointing and we will stick with Danetime Panther to leap to victory.
