In depth

Verdict

Mission Impossible is fancied to win again having finally got his head in front; Lujano, Longoria and Night Robe, all recent winners, could provide the stiffest opposition. Pat Haslam's colt has a winner's penalty to contend with today but with the stable in good form at present and more improvement to come, Mission Impossible is fancied to win again. If he acts on this different fibre-sand surface then a big run should be on the cards. Lujano won well last time out but that was merely a seller and improvement is needed, whilst Longoria won a weak claimer and is another who needs to prove that was no fluke. Yankee Storm, What's For Tea and Ambrose Princess are all fairly consistent and it would be no surprise to see any in the shake-up. Night Robe is proven at the track following a course and distance win just a week ago and could prove to be the main danger, however we will side with Mission Impossible to win again.
