Hucking Heat will be a short price to land this and is selected ahead of Matinee Idol and Dream Forest. While he was probably flattered to get within a length of Given A Choice last time, he has at least 10lb in hand here on official ratings. This is his first attempt at 1m 4f but he lacks pace in the closing stages over shorter and this looks at his mercy. Matinee Idol was a poor second behind the progressive Contra Mundum four starts back but has failed to build on that effort. He is moderate but is selected for the forecast. Dream Forest has the visor applied for the first time, reappeared after a year off recently. He failed to show any promise but should come on for the run. In a very moderate contest Hucking Heat gets our vote.
