A difficult end to the card and we will just side with Steel City Boy, Cerebus and Diriculous are just two of many dangers. Steel city Boy has put in some gallant efforts in defeat this season, including a close up fourth here behind Bo McGinty. He runs off the same mark this afternoon and should be there or thereabouts again. Cerebus easily beat three rivals at Great Leighs last week and this course and distance winner should figure prominently once again, despite a six pound penalty. Diriculous was a bit out of his depth in a fast ground sprint at Windsor last time out but had won well here previously. Varadouro and Tag Team are two others who have shown terrific form here at Southwell and so all in all it is a very tight affair in which Steel City Boy gets the narrowest of votes.
