Henry Cecil is winning plenty of races at present and so every respect is given here to his two runners Catching The Light and Lemonesse, however Sea Chorus has caught the eye in two races to date and she may just have the edge today. Michael Bell's filly hasn¿t been beaten far in a couple of good class maidens at Pontefract and Nottingham this season. She was a little bit one paced at the end of those ten furlong contests and so the extra distance will not go amiss. The two Warren Place newcomers are both nicely bred but jockey bookings suggest Catching The Light could be the best of the pair. This daughter of Fantastic Light is closely related to the smart Arcadian Hero and any market confidence should be noted. Other top stables are represented, including Michael Jarvis who runs the once raced Al Cobra, but on this occasion we will side with the more experienced Sea Chorus
