Ascot Week has won twice at Newcastle this year including his latest outing and has been raised a further 4lb debuting on the Fibresand. Fingal's Cave also has his first start on this surface having slid down the weights and going close at Newcastle last time but three of these have recent form at the track. Break The Silence has been thereabouts recently but has finished behind both Shearian and MAMETZ WOOD with the latter coming out best of that trio when fifth over track and trip a week ago. Karl Burke's three-year-old is helped by an apprentice's allowance today and that may give him the edge in a tight contest.
