Verdict
Form on the Fibresand is in short supply and Cognac Blue's earlier victory in a claimer at Redcar came over 7f. Melgate Magic slips further down the weights with blinkers added to the normal tongue-tie while Ever Rock posted a better effort at Lingfield last time but that also came over a longer trip. Lethal Laura may finish closer now handicapping but a token vote in a weak contest goes to COOL KITTY on a narrow-margin defeat over today's trip at Kempton on her penultimate start with her partner on that occasion, Thore Hammer Hansen, back on board for this and taking 7lb off her back.
