Verdict
Play Master, Mission Affirmed and Dispol Veleta are three against the field in a tight handicap and the tentative vote goes to Play Master. The selection won well at Windsor when defeating Rondelete before being outclassed at York in a better race. The return to this easier grade will suit and despite top weight he is taken to score. Mission Affirmed rates the main danger on his win over Quiet Reading over course and distance a couple of runs ago. He has since disappointed on turf but with the switch back to this surface he is sure to suit. Dispol Veleta is another that could go well she has been disappointing of late but her yard is in better form now and she is worth a cautionary look in the market. Of the remainder Count Dracula is another that has place claims if the first time visor brings about some improvement but for the winner we return to Play Master.
