Baunagain is not likely to be much of a price but he can out on top here with Jalons Bridewell and Black Dahlia also expected to go well. The selection stepped-up on what he had shown on his debut to finish third behind Underworld at Lingfield last time. That form reads well in the context of this race and if he can step-up on that effort then he should take plenty of beating. Jalons Bridewell looks the main danger but this colt from the Mick Quinn yard has had a few chance now and he was a beaten favourite at Wolverhampton last time. Black Dahlia has got some fair form on the turf but this filly has been off the track since November so she may be sharper for this outing. Notepad was well beaten at Lingfield last time so she is hard to recommend with confidence. With all this in mind, we will stick with Baunagain to land the prize.
