If Percy Douglas takes his chance he should be prominent, but we will take a chance with Boanerges, Shirley Oaks is also expected to run well. Milton Bradley's nine-year-old rarely gets beaten far and put in another sound display last week over course and distance when chasing home Bahamian Bay. A repeat of that effort should be good enough in this company. At the time of writing Percy Douglas was down to run on Monday, he is in good heart and so has to be respected if he does start. Shirley Oaks finished behind the selection over course and distance in January but should get a lot closer on today's terms. The pick of the remainder could be Eternally but our idea of the winner is Boanerges.
