Without a win since landing this event last year, Positive Profile looks to have been given a fine chance by the Handicapper to follow up. He has only had the one outing since then on the All-Weather, that was when filling third spot behind Alberich off a 2lbs higher mark than todays. He will again be partnered by Carol Williams, who is one of the better Amateur riders around. The consistent Twilight Haze may provide the biggest threat. He was tackling this surface for the first time when third to Mystic Forest at the weekend, and shaped as though he was in need of a stiffer test, so this two miles is expected to see him in a better light. Haafel has been running well on the Polytrack of late and if he is as effective on this surface, he must go well. Great As Gold will find this easier than when chasing Young Collier home over course and distance last time and is back down to a mark he has won off. Hajeer, although ridden by Sarah Bosley, looks to have too much on his plate from out of the handicap.
