Amenable only won by a neck when successful at Doncaster last month and may struggle to follow up back on the Fibresand off a 3lb higher mark here so a better bet looks to be PUNCHING, who gets the vote ahead of Westwood. The last mentioned has the beating of Elusive Warrior on their running here last month when the Derek Haydn-Jones-trained gelding was an impressive winner but he is 9lbs higher in the weights now and may have to settle for minor honours again as was the case at Ffos Las last time. Crimson King can race off the same mark as when winning here in December but may need the outing on his first start since April, while Eric Alston's Great Charm has not been seen since winning over course and distance in November and is now 6lbs higher in the weights. Peter Chapple-Hyam's Neduardo won his maiden well here two starts ago but disappointed back in a handicap subsequently and preference is for Conor Dore's Punching, who has been running consistently well on turf of late and returns to the Fibresand on a fair mark.
