Sintenis Mac is the selection in this modest handicap with Navene and Guildenstern put up as plausible alternatives. The selection caught the eye in a couple of races at the back end of last season and with connections prepared to persevere into his fifth year - we are prepared to give him one visit to the last chance saloon. Navene hails from a yard that are sending out winners. She appears to have few issues with the going. Guildernstern has been kept busy over the winter on the all-weather. He has won off much higher marks in the past. Megalo Maniac likes plenty of give underfoot so expect plenty of rain dancing at Richard Fahey's. Spice Gardens shaped with a degree of promise for Willie Jarvis so the market is watched. Rambling Socks attempts to break her maiden on the turf whilst Welcome Releaf won well earlier in the week but doesn't seem the same horse on turf. Sion Hill looks sure to bomb off from the boxes in an attempt to make all. Sintenis Mac isn't an obvious one on the book and it is hoped that the price reflects that accordingly.
