A tricky start for betting purposes, but Green Ideal is selected to make amends for his mishap last time and can beat Cyborg Du Sou and Super Sammy. Ferdy Murphy's gelding went off second favourite in that Ayr contest won by Cordilla but came to grief at the tenth. Today's opposition do appear to be weaker and with he should go very close with a clear round. Cyborg De Sou made a very pleasing chase debut when finishing just 13 lengths behind Ebinzayd and this winning hurdler can cause the selection plenty of problems. Super Sammy may have found the trip too far at Sedgefield last time when pulled up behind Risetotheoccasion. He will be much more at home over this distance and should be fighting for the places. The dark horse in the line up is Vanishing Dancer who was a decent hurdler a couple of seasons back. He was last seen on the flat in 2003, but he is from a shrewd yard and should be monitored in the betting. Green Ideal though, if his confidence has been dented, should be capable of landing first prize.
