Lang Shining, Perfect Treasure and South Cape form the shortlist in this handicap and we will nominate Perfect Treasure as the pick. The selection is chasing the hat-trick today but she seemed to win with a bit in hand at Brighton last time and although she is rising in the weights, she may still be one step ahead of the handicapper. Lang Shining won his maiden in good style last time, but the time of the race was quite slow and it is hard to know what he actually achieved that day. South Cape ran a fair race in the Shergar Cup mile at Ascot last time and although he has done a fair bit of his racing this year over 7f, this does appear to be his best trip. Cactus Rose has been running well of late and he looks one of the likelier ones at a bigger price, but Perfect Treasure is right on top of her game at present and she is nominated to win again.
