Bold Choice showed enough on his debut to make him the one to beat here and he is selected over Perfect Stride and Hada Men. This 2-year-old colt from the Michael Jarvis yard shaped with plenty of promise on his debut at Ascot when finishing second behind City Leader. He looked like he would benefit from the experience that day and he sets the standard for the rest. Perfect Stride rates the main danger as this newcomer from the Sir Michael Stoute yard certainly looks the part on breeding and the stable have got a fair strike-rate with their 2-year-olds this season. Hada Men is another nicely-bred newcomer but the stable have not really been firing on all cylinders with their 2-year-olds this season so he may be best watched today. Metaphorical was well beaten on his debut but this quicker surface will suit him and he could fare better today. However, Bold Choice sets a decent standard of form for the rest here and he can come out on top.
