The well drawn Impeller, will have his supporters after his fast finishing 2nd at Newbury on Saturday, along with Historic Treble, who ran well from a poor draw at the Craven meeting, with Takes Tutu a head back in 5th, after a far from clear run and the top weight Pentecost a half a length further away. Pentecost will have the useful Liam Keniry taking 7lbs off his back and there should be little between the three of them, however preference is for the Jeremy Noseda trained Royal Prodigy, who bolted up in a maiden on the polytrack. On the face of it, he looks to have a stiff task, but it would come as no surprise if he turned out to be better than a handicapper.
