Mark Johnston has sent out two winners and a third in the last three runnings of this race and he relies on JUTLAND to maintain his run. Cadley Road and Logos Astra both showed enough to rate dangers whilst there are a number of interesting newcomers. We'll start with the selection who showed signs of inexperience at Catterick before running on strongly in the closing stages of the contest. He'll need to step up considerably on that performance but it would be no surprise were he to do so. Logos Astra made a fine debut in what appeared to be a decent maiden over this course and distance and should step up on the form whilst Cadley Road will be bidding to show just why he was made favourite for his debut at Epsom where he struggled to cope with the track. High Twelve is an expensive, well bred purchase with a Derby entry and has to be of interest for a yard that does well here with its juveniles. Mecox Bay, Phonic and Stags Leap represent yards whose juveniles are running well whilst Spa's Dancer has a National Stakes entry to sit alongside his one for the Derby; not surprisingly, all look the part on paper. This is interesting, we'll go with Jutland.
