GINGER GREY is the token selection in a tricky nursery where there's little to choose between Point To Prove, Val C and Papageno. The selection is well drawn and has a top jockey booked which is enough to swing the vote in his favour. He was a shade disappointing when a big price in a competitive Newmarket nursery but should be more at home in this field and could improve for the headgear. Point To Prove, Val C and Papageno finished in that order behind Nepotism in a Lingfield maiden and look capable of making their mark in nurseries. There isn't a great deal between them on that evidence and all three merit consideration with the promise of more to come. There may also be more to come from The Shuffler and Radio City whilst Yer Woman is better judged on the form of her first two starts than her heavy defeat behind Orpen Grey at Salisbury; she'll find this contest more to her liking. Neither Drift And Dream nor Exceed Power can be confidently dismissed either and a market check is advised before a final decision is made but the suggestion is Ginger Grey.
