A good draw gets GWILYM the vote here ahead of Step It Up. Although not threatening in two recent runs at Windsor, the selection should have more to offer now returned to a more testing five furlongs. If his mark in the 70's is beyond him (has been in the past), then the horse to benefit could be Step It Up. He won this race last year and is now back down to a very realistic handicap mark after some average runs, inclkduing at Folkestone on Wednesday. Elhamri and La Capriosa have been in better form but their low draws looks a negative, and instead the selection may have more to fear from the well-handicapped Adventure Story, the consistent speedster Grudge or the experienced pair of Even Bolder and Rocker.
