Verdict

This wouldn't appear to be the strongest maiden ever staged at Sandown and may represent a decent opportunity for Censored. Emirates Lady and Sea Swell are possible dangers. Last year's winner came from Freemason Lodge and Censored may be able to take the prize back there and gain that all important win in the process. The Pivotal filly will never achieve the same level of form as her half-sister Confidential Lady but a maiden win is a priority for her paddock value given her illustrious relations. Both runs have been over ten furlongs but she should have no problem coping with this trip. Godolphin will also be keen to get a win into Emirates Lady and she has shown a similar level of form to the selection. There is not a great deal to choose between the pair and it's hard to imagine either getting a better chance. The rest would appear to be a motley crew but if there is one that can make waves here then it's Sea Swell. She has a decent American pedigree and was purchased for around 50,000 gns and would be of interest if attracting market support. She's an unknown quantity though so we'll side with Censored.
