Verdict

Welease Bwian has a poor strike-rate but should be thereabouts again from an apparently good draw. LUPO D'ORO won this off a 4lb higher mark last year and may have been primed for a repeat. Recent runs have been over six furlongs and Jamie Spencer is an eye-catching booking for John Best's gelding. Pucon and Amenable both arrive off the back of recent wins but more will be needed off today's mark and the draw hasn't been kind to Secret Missile and Tagula Night. Dominate will start on the wide outside and might also struggle to get involved, though this is a significant drop in grade.
