We are going to plump for Baron Rhodes here with Baylaw Star and Simpsons Mount possibly proving to be her biggest dangers. Mirasol Princess has so far paid this year for doing well as a juvenile. Borzoi Maestro is now rated four-pounds higher than for his best-yet win. Intriguing Glimpse deserves to win a race but keeps hitting the post, as does Baron Rhodes, who is three pounds worse off for the three-parts of a length she finished ahead of Baylaw Star at Haydock last time, so it should again be close between them although Baron Rhodes lost a lot of ground at the start that day and did well to finish so close. Simpsons Mount carries a six-penalty for notching a decisive win at Folkestone and can go well again but overall, we are going to let a bit of sentiment creep in and opt for the deserving Baron Rhodes as the selection.
