BUGAKU is not a good thing but this track brings out the best in him and he is fancied to see off Jo'Burg and At Wits End. Sir Michael Stoute's gelding won at Yarmouth on his comeback and is only 4lb higher today. He will appreciate a return to this longer straight and more testing finish after getting outspeeded around Chester and he can add a third career success. Ellemujie is another course winner and he comes here in good form after a solid Newmarket win for Mr Dettori last month, Ballinteni needs to improve for the application of the visor, whilst Resurge has half a length to find with Jo'Burg on their run here last time and a 2lb pull in the weights. At Wits End is unexposed and ran well behind Tinshu last time, Penchesco was unlucky to bump into Agapanthus here earlier in the month, whilst Wing Play is a course and distance winner and with the yard in good form he needs a market check on this return to action. A really competitive handicap where Mahadee is thrown-in on his all-weather form, however marginal preference is for Bugaku.
