Verdict

A tough start for punters but LOBINSTOWN GIRL is on the upgrade and should give her suporters a good run. Noel Meade's mare stepped up to three miles for the first time at Punchestown last month and made a bold bid to make all. She should be suited by today's trip and can give Paul Carberry a winning start to the day. Schumpters Lad also ran over three miles at Punchestown and looked the winner when making his effort before the last but didn't go on as expected and wears blinkers for the first time here. Tara Warrior is best at this trip and invariably thereabouts but he doesn't find much at the business end and may have to settle for a place again. Coat Of Arms and Noras Fancy are others to consider in an open contest.
