The experience of ECLIPTIC means that he receives the marginal vote here ahead of a host of fascinating newcomers, most notably Dr Darcey, Denices Moonlight and Toolain. Aspantau is likely to do his best work over middle distances as a three-year-old, Time To Work is another by Hurricane Run who is yet to have a winner from his small sample, whilst Toolain is bred to be more precocious and is respected given the way the trainer/jockey combo teamed up with Sajjhaa here last month. A wonderfully informative race and the tentative nod is given to Ecliptic.
