        Both MAFAAHEEM and Jake's Hill finished runner-up over 1m2f on their respective latest starts at Newmarket and Windsor. But the former finished ahead of a subsequent winner and a chance is taken he acts on today’s soft ground. Sonnetist drops back in trip having shown improvement on fast going at Lingfield while Hawridge Flyer was still beaten a long way when runner-up at Newbury earlier. Pouvoir Magique is a 300,000gns newcomer for the Gosden yard while Your Ladyship is related to a Listed winner and so are both Opera Queen and Great White Shark.
