Aidan O’Brien’s Different League ran well in the King’s Stand but will need to improve further to take this, as will course and distance winner Haddaf. Muthmir is an old hand and was back to something like his best when winning the Achilles Stakes last time but this is a competitive Group 3 and he may fall short again as he did last year, so preference is for JUDICIAL. He could still have more to give at this level, following his close second in the Palace House Stakes and with conditions in his favour, he should go well. Dream Of Dreams is best watched at this trip on fast going, while Mr Lupton may need a bigger field to guarantee the strong pace he needs. Koditime is an unexposed sort with realistic place claims, and Sound And Silence also has the class to get involved if he can rediscover his two-year-old form.
