This Listed contest can go to Champery who gets the nod ahead of Eddie Jock and Streets Ahead. Champery stamped himself as something above average when gaining a decisive success on his Newcastle debut, and as expected, duly followed up over three opponents at Beverley, winning as he liked. The Vodafone Derby entry has has bypassed a few engagements since to wait for this, and he should be able to dominate the small field to complete a hat-trick. Eddie Jock is the one to give him most to do based on a solid record of three wins from his last four outings, but his nursery form still leaves him with something to find against such a progressive individual. Streets Ahead has winning course form to his name, but also has it to do unless the heavens open, and we would rather side with Champery who has the look of a horse that is going places.
