Kasumi can prove the answer against a whole host of challengers including Stormy Monday, Red Rudy, Wind Chimes and Curtain Bluff. Kasumi has been threatening to open his account of late, with good seconds at Carlisle and Yarmouth, and interestingly both efforts have come since he was upped in grade slightly. That suggests that Hugh Morrison's three-year-old is worth siding with, especially as Travis Block can make use of his 6lb claim, and he gest the vote in an open contest. Stormy Monday carries a 6lb penalty for his recent short-head victory here, and the ground will be faster, but he still looks a threat along with Red Rudy who has been threatening to win this term. Wind Chime is well exposed and has a bit more to do than when landing a lady riders's event at Chepstow, and Curtain Bluff has lots of weight, although to be fair he is actually better treated than this time last year. Quite literally there are many in with chances, but Kasumi is the pick.
