CAPE CLASSIC is a thoroughly unoriginal choice but it's hard to find a reason not to support the Haggas charge. His latest run when third to the useful Johnny Castle in a decent Newmarket handicap sets a strong standard and he should maintain the fine run of the stable. Mrs Greeley's recent efforts over seven furlongs have emitted mixed signals but she is clearly next best on her C&D runner-up performance in ordinary handicap company. Luisa Tetrazzini is an exposed five-year-old mare, so Fabulouslyspirited is the other one to take the eye on debut. Unlikely to be good enough to trouble the selection first time up, she's certainly worth noting on this belated debut.
