        Verdict

        A chance is taken with Love Always, who gets the nod over Lisathedaddy and Moon Empress. The last named has been most consistent and fully deserved her success at Bath at the start of last month. The daughter of Rainbow Quest is unexposed on turf and, as she can be relied upon to give her all, she has a solid chance of at least making the frame. Lisathedaddy enjoyed a cracking spell on the All Weather before showing an aptitude for racing on grass when third at Pontefract just over a fortnight ago. Brendan Powell's charge is sure to be a popular choice and a bold bid looks assured. However, Love Always is very well treated just now and, as a previous course and distance winner, she has nothing to fear from the track. In-form jockey William Buick's 5lb claim does her no harm either.
