This maiden can go the way of Siren Sound; Soft Shoe Shuffle and Isle of Capri rate as the main dangers. The selection has only had two runs but this filly from the Hughie Morrison yard, who won this race two years ago, makes plenty of appeal. She was unsuited by the soft ground last time out but prior to that she had shaped with plenty of promise on her racecourse bow and if she can build on that then she should go close. Soft Shoe Shuffle is a well-bred filly and she showed improved form last time when she chased home Round The Cape at Goodwood. If she can build on that then she should go close, but she looks the type who will do better over even further in time. Isle Of Capri had a tough task on her debut at Newbury in a hot race, but she improved last time when she finished in mid-divsion at Goodwood so she is certainly going the right way. Henry Candy's La Famiglia showed plenty of promise on her debut so she also merits consideration, but a safer bet looks to be Siren Sound who is put forward as the pick.
