In depth

Verdict

The form horse here should be Piroueting but there are some interesting newcomers including Amazing Charlie, Coxpippin and Sama Dubai and we will side with the last named. Sir Michael Stoute's filly is superbly bred by Secret savings out of Eajaab, making her a half sister to the smart Dubai Pearl. She will no doubt know her job first time up and so long as the betting isn't too negative she looks the one to be one. Pirouetting is improving with racing and has earned an official rating of 86. That would be good enough to win most Salisbury maidens and so she has to be respected. Amazing Charlie is from a yard in top form and is a well related daughter of King Charlemagne. Meanwhile Coxpippin is trained by Roger Charlton and although this daughter of Silver Hawk may want further in time she could still make her mark here this afternoon. Keiren Fallon rides the other Stoute horse Scrummage who has shown little in two runs, but should be watched in the betting, however we will take a chance on his stable companion Sama Dubai.
