Tudor Key is taken to break his maiden tag here at the expense of Canwinn and Full Toss. The selection ran a blinder to finish fourth behind Free Agent in the Chesham Stakes at Royal Ascot last time out. He was thrown into the deep end on that occasion and at his price ran well. This is a big drop in grade so if showing the same level of form he should have no worries of winning his first race. Canwinn is the only serious danger having shown form in two above average maidens at Haydock and Newbury. His latest run proved he could handle cut in the ground, something that the selection has yet to prove so he is worth noting in the betting. As is Full Toss who is a newcomer for Richard Hannon and runs in the Royal colours, but he is possibly best watched on his debut. So for the winner we return to Tudor Key.
