    Verdict

Busaco, Mersey Sound,Velvet Waters and Sir Monty are a handful against the field in a wide open affair and the vote is given to Busaco. The selection was a good second behind Sir Monty last time out he is better off at the weights with that rival here and from what looks a good draw he looks the one to be on.Mersey Sound rates the main danger as he won well last time out when beating Blazing Bailey but this looks tougher and he may struggle under his penalty. Velvet Waters is another worthy of respect on her latest fourth behind Estapona but she is another that looks weighted up to her best. Of the remainder Yazaar is from a top yard and could go well at a price but in a race where stakes should be kept to a minimum for the winner we return to Busaco.
