DRUMMING PARTY is very consistent and he is taken to defy a 3lb rise in the weights for his recent win; Night Prospector and Matterofact make it to the shortlist. The selection is a course-and-distance winner and has won two of his three starts this season. Claimed by Jim Boyle after the close second that was sandwiched between his wins, this War Chant gelding has plenty in his favour and can defy this career-high mark. Great Fox needs watching in the betting coming back from two years off for Stuart Williams, Comptonspirit is holding his form very well, whilst Another Socket has been given a break since his last run and may go well fresh.
