There may be a difference of opinion from the jockeys, especially if the ground deteriorates so the draw may make life hard for some; a horrible race to have a bet in but SLANT has the best form and gets the vote over Bouvardia and Al Tamooh. The protagonists all have high draws which may shape the race and the selection is sure to appreciate the step up in trip today. She ran well in a valuable sales race last time over six furlongs and proven with cut in the ground, conditions should be ideal. Bouvardia ran well on debut at Newmarket behind Snoqualmie Girl. That form looks rock solid with the winner going on to Listed success since and she should not be taken lightly with that experience to build on. Water Hen, Al Tamooh and Fallen In Love are all potential improvers after one promising run apiece, whilst Breadstick and Honestly look the most interesting of the newcomers. At a price Ja One may do much better than on debut at Goodwood however for the winner we will return to Slant.
