Marlborough Sounds won over a longer trip at Sligo last time but has been raised 5lb and could be vulnerable. Dani's Boy’s win came over an extended mile at Galway and he was beaten in a claimer over this trip previously at Fairyhouse. Faughill has already been beaten off a lower mark in a handicap but Try Again has been running well on the Flat and over hurdles this year and Sketching's third at Tipperary was her best run to date on Turf, though she doesn’t look particularly well handicapped. GREENPANDA has a poor strike-rate but it’s clear 1m5f was too far last time at Ballinrobe and he gets another chance here.
