CRECERELLE sets the standard in this having finished a close second over this trip on heavy going at Leopardstown in April. He hasn’t run since but was quite highly tried last year and his experience may give him the edge over the Galileo filly Gallitea and Freetown. Another by Galileo, it’s almost 12 months since Aidan O’Brien’s charge finished fifth behind classy stablemate Kew Gardens at Killarney but he should be suited by this longer trip and fitness isn’t often an issue with Ballydoyle runners.
