      Verdict

Pipers Note bids for a seventh course win and Mr Wagyu is a dual course and distance winner who only found one too good off this mark at Newmarket last week. The bottom weight is preferred to Staxton and Requinto Dawn of the three-year-olds but VICTORY ANGEL didn’t appear to stay the 7f at Doncaster last month and looks the pick of the weights in this on earlier placed efforts at Newmarket and Yarmouth – trainer Roger Varian boats a good strike-rate here. Ower Fly looks held on the form book while Documenting has been racing over further. Muscika has every chance, however, having won at Thirsk before finishing fifth in the Portland at Doncaster.
